Ever since covid the training moved onto zoom. The format has been successful and has facilitated empowerment over wider geographies.

There has been a recent decision to make the training become asynchronous and reduce the costs overall. With this people will be able to train at their own pace by utilizing prior taped classes. Trainees have really appreciated their own time management, the ability to immediately replay a segment and the stress and energy savings witnessed overall.

With Part 1, there is a pdf workbook; a pdf file of anatomy illustrations; and the taped classes that get sent out to trainees. Additionally, BeCalm self-help tools used as teaching aids get mailed out to trainees.

Coaching where needed is available and there will be optional hands-on practicums scheduled at times.

It is a very dynamic program that rapidly enables deep outcomes.
